Tapping helped, 4 sometimes up to 5 hours sleep a night using tapping. Emotion code found a core emotion from 20 - 25 lifetimes back of guilt. He started to consistently get at least 5 hours a night. He is more interested in finding the root cause of financial feast then famine; to care about finishing tracing all the causes for insomnia.
My pattern was starting something then not finishing. Since I became certified. I am finishing things I've started. This website is one. I don't let set backs stop me anymore. I am consistently following through with what I want to do and learn.
